She has been working for 9 years in the Real Estate industry; she started the Beachscape business from scratch and grew it over the years into a thriving property portfolio comprising an end-to-end solution for clients.  From residential sales to leasing / property management and holiday rentals.  Susan and the sales team generally have 2 to 5 listings active at the same time, and the office has 150+ properties under management. As independent, locally owned, boutique agency we care about making a difference in everything we do and dedicate time to you and your property asset(s). We do no aim to be the biggest, we aim to be the best and to be known for our ease of engagement and quality results.

Prior to real estate, Susan spend 20 years in sales, customer experience and project management as management consultant. She worked for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Shanghai and Amsterdam before switching to real estate in 2016.

Susan’s different approach and philosophy, focusing on needs and expectations coupled with a deep understanding of market supply and demand, has helped to (1) achieve high sales prices, including multiple street records; and (2) transformed many ordinary rental homes into high rental yield properties.

• Susan grew up in Holland, has worked and lived in Europe, USA and Asia Pacific before making her first lifestyle move to Australia in 2009. The second lifestyle step was moving from Sydney to the NSW Mid North Coast. She has been living in Bonny Hills since 2014 while still working in Sydney and across Australia on projects.
• 2016 Established Solxape Pty Ltd t/as Beachscape Holiday Rentals.
• 2021 Full agency diversification under Beachscape Property.
• 2024 Beachscape acquires / merges with Lake Cathie Bonny Hills Real Estate in November.
• 2025 January. Office refurbishment.
• 2025 September. Brand refresh. Merging of the two business names to Beachscape Real Estate.
